No, please note that this conference remains a digital-first event. Our watch together options allow resident doctors to enjoy the live-broadcast away from the distraction of the home and work environment and to network with peers and RCP representatives. Those watching in-person will still benefit from the opportunity to ask questions during live Q&As and leave feedback for the speakers.

All in-person delegates will gain full access to the digital conference platform allowing you to watch the content on-demand until Friday 27 November.

Your in-person ticket includes all-day refreshments, access to an RCP education workshop* and the opportunity to experience and enjoy using our spaces: RCP Regents Park or RCP The Spine. As a result, a nominal charge of £20 does apply to those wishing to attend to cover some of these costs (non-member fee £70).

*workshop must be booked separately.

We are sorry to hear you won’t be able to join us in-person. Your ticket still gives you access to the live and on-demand content online. If you still wish to change your booking, please refer to our Cancellation policy. Please email UKRegions@rcp.ac.uk for further information.

Both venues will offer a dedicate space for prayer.

Your certificate can be downloaded from the conference platform after the event via the ‘My certificates’ tab.

Provided there is still capacity on-site, we would welcome you to join us in-person. Please email UKRegions@rcp.ac.uk to arrange a booking transfer. You will be sent a payment link. Note your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Registration for in-person tickets closes on Monday 6 July 2026.

We recommend joining the conference via desktop with one of the following web browsers: Chrome (last two versions), Edge (83 onward), Firefox (80 onward).

Using mobile? No problem! We recommend the following: Android Oreo (8.1) and later, IOS 12 and later – make sure you download the Google Chrome app and stream the conference through that.

First, try opening the webpage in Google Chrome – this is the recommended browser.

If this doesn’t help, press the settings button on your video to find the quality of the stream which will automatically be on HD. Reduce the quality to 1080p or 720p.

If you miss any content due to buffering, don’t forget you can find it in the on-demand area later.

We are committed to providing audio captions for our on-demand video content. These will be added onto the platform within 7 working days post-broadcast.

Bookings for the in-person option (London / Liverpool) will close on Monday 6 July 2026. Registration to watch the conference online only will close on Friday 13 November 2026.

Registered delegates can watch the conference until Friday 27 November 2026. After this date has passed, the content will be removed, and access will no longer be available.

It is the booker's responsibility to ensure sufficient time remained to enjoy all the content on offer and download their certificate.
